8th Grade Physical Science - Sublimation Exploration

Field Trip Friday

This Friday is our Summer Reading Club Field Trip to the L.A. County Fair and Barnes and Noble! Only students who participated in the program are able to come.  All others will need to stay home from school that day. We will be leaving at 8:30am and hope to be back around 3:00pm.  Students need to bring money for lunch.

7th graders: Your homework for tonight is to watch the following 2 videos, then write a summary of the videos (1 short paragraph for each).  Make sure your paper has a title, your name, and the date. :)

Grades

• The students received a printout of their current grades today for the following subjects: Bible, Life Science, Literature, Pre-Algebra/6th Grade Math as a courtesy.  

• Grades for all academic classes will be mailed out or sent home next week.

Upcoming Events

• No school Monday, September 7th (Labor Day)!

• School Picnic & BBQ - Saturday, September 12th  at Littlefield Sholtis Park on Kendall and Wagon Wheel from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Students and their families are welcome to join in the festivities.

• Picture Day - September 15th!

• Field Trip for Summer Reading Club students will be September 25th and we'll be going to the L.A. Fair and Barnes and Noble where the students will get a free book.  Students who did not participate in Summer Reading Club will stay home that day.
